Apple recently revealed its all-new phones, the iPhone 17 series. That is three upgrades to familiar models and the new iPhone 17 Air, that is replacing the iPhone Plus. If waiting in line on release day isn’t really your style, but you still want to grab one right away, you'll be able to pre-order the iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max or iPhone 17 Air from 10pm AEST on September 12th, before the September 19 release date.

The iPhone 17 gets a fresh design with a slightly larger 6.3-inch display and narrower edges. And after much anticipation (and a fair bit of grumbling), the base iPhone 17 finally has a a 120Hz refresh rate.

Inside, the new A19 chip is faster and more optimized, particularly when teamed up with Apple Intelligence. If you're upgrading from an older iPhone, you will see a significant bump in speed and smoother gaming courtesy of ProMotion.
About the camera, you'll find a 48MP Fusion main camera (shooting 24MP photos website by default) and a 2x telephoto lens. The ultra-wide camera also features an upgrade to 48MP, making macro photography crisper and more impressive.

iPhone 17 Colours

The iPhone 17 will come in six colourways: black, white, steel gray, light blue, green and purple.

The iPhone 17 Air is set to come in colour options such as black, white, light gold and sky blue.

The Pro and Pro Max models will be offered in three premium finishes: blue, orange and silver.
